Rams Sports Science performance
And so, as former Rams offensive coordinator Kevin O’Connell takes over as the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings, his familiarity with the LA Rams organization has prompted him to empty the Rams shelves of as many coaches and staff as possible.
The Vikings have hired Tyler Williams as their new Director of Player Health and Performance.

Williams was most recently the #Rams' director of sports science/assistant athletic trainer and now follows Kevin O'Connell to Minnesota.
How well did the Rams department perform? Well, The Athletic’s Jourdan Rodrigue gives a solid snapshot of the Rams Adjusted Games Lost per Football Outsiders.
Led by Reggie Scott and staff, the Rams have ranked within the top 10 of adjusted games lost to injury since 2017 (incl. T-5 in 2017, 18 and 2020) according to Football Outsiders...no-brainer for O'Connell to be interested there.
