LA Rams 2022 NFL Draft, Rounds 2-3: Start Time, Live Stream, TV, More

The 2022 NFL Draft is moving right along now. NFL Teams have selected their first 32 rookies to join the ranks of NFL players, and the three-day event is moving right along now. If you are planning to view the day of the annual event, then you are probably looking for the means to view the broadcast, right? The second day of the 2022 NFL Draft will be televised by the ABC/ESPN network alliance, as well as simultaneously broadcast on the NFL Network, just like Day One. There are a few wrinkles, however.

Did you notice the number of trades in Round 1? For a brief refresher, two teams: The Philadelphia Eagles and the Arizona Cardinals; traded a first-round pick (plus) to acquire a veteran wide receiver. The Eagles traded their 18th and 101st pick to the Tennessee Titans for veteran wide receiver A.J. Brown.

The Arizona Cardinals, in what appeared to be a reactionary attempt to placate their disgruntled quarterback Kyler Murray, traded their 23rd pick to the Baltimore Ravens for veteran wide receiver Marquise Brown and the Ravens’ 100th pick overall. That move traded away the Cardinals’ only first-round pick, as they borrow a page out of the LA Rams’ roster-building playbook

How long do teams have to make their selection in the 2022 NFL Draft?

By design, and the introduction of three days of televised broadcasting, the event is designed to fill a lot of television time. Since NFL teams will be making 73 selections in rounds two and three (64 allotted picks and nine awarded compensatory picks), each team will have 7 minutes to make a pick (320+ minutes of programming).

Because there are more picks in later rounds, teams will have less time allotted to make their selection. We’ll keep you updated with that time allotment as the draft advances.
