What if…? LA Rams Aaron Donald does indeed make good on threats to retire?

Time for a little tongue in cheek
Sometimes the best solution over a concerning matter is to simply let loose with a snicker, a chortle, or a full-out belly laugh. I don’t think that there is anyone associated with the LA Rams organization, officially, casually, or just as an invested observer, who does not realize the stakes in this latest negotiation.
But rather than getting angry, fearful, or some other emotional reaction, why not just sit back and laugh like LA Rams legendary quarterback Jim Everett? His latest Tweet is sheer gold and is one of the reasons why I love following him on social media.
Take your example from Jim Everett. Life is too important to be taken so seriously.
Now that you’ve had your laugh…
So is this all a joking matter? Not really. But laughing about it all does two positive things for you. First, it gives you an outlet to release any other emotions, known or unknown, about the situation. Like it or not, a fan is a word that many believe to be a derivative of fanatics. Fanatics is defined as “a person marked by an extreme unreasoning enthusiasm, as for a cause.”
So we are all invested in the outcome of what comes next. Now we just have to settle in on what actually does come next. Is this the point where both sides come together and hug it out? Don’t look for that to happen any time soon folks. Is this the point where both sides throw up their hands in frustration and walk away from the bargaining table for good? Don’t look for that to happen any time soon either, folks.
