LA Rams HC Sean McVay is likely not thinking about training camp, the team, or the NFL today, and that’s to be expected. He has just married his longtime fiancee Veronika Khomyn after several years of an ever-closer relationship.

The course of anyone’s life moves on several tracks. Since the dawning of time, humans have tried to peer around the corner to anticipate ‘what comes next?’ in our lives. In fortune-telling, those questions about the future fall into five categories: Money (Fate), Head, Marriage, Heart, and Life.

As of today, there is no quest over what comes next for McVay. He’s a newlywed.

The happy couple has been together for some time.  Before he left his position as offensive coordinator for the Washington Redskins, McVay was already beginning to appear on Khomyn’s Instagram page. That was just the beginning of this NFL romance. When he took over as the head coach for the LA Rams, Veronika Khomyn joined him in LA.

If you recall, the LA Rams’ appearance on HBO’s Hard Knocks featured unique insights into the private lives of coaches and players. But one particularly picturesque view was that of Sean and Veronika sipping glasses of wine near their firepit.

Even as the LA Rams’ future is still shrouded in a foggy mystery, LA Rams head coach Sean McVay’s future is moving along nicely. The best recap of the event was courtesy of Good Morning Football’s Peter Schrager (Thanks for such a great recap, Peter).

The one note for this wedding that I was unaware of is the fact that the wedding was postponed twice due to COVID-19. That’s quite a strain to put on any relationship, isn’t it?  Well, thankfully, all’s well that ends well. Or as Pablo Cruise put it: Love Will Find a Way.

And for all of us here at Ramblin Fan, we’d like to wish the very best to the newlyweds. Congratulations Sean and Veronika.
