The LA Rams jersey schedule lighting up social media

While not many LA Rams fans have openly embraced the sincere interest in the game-day uniforms, the topic has never failed to generate interest whenever we mention it. In Los Angeles, the look is as important as anything. It’s the land of premiers, charity dinners, and red carpet events. Who are you wearing? is part of the culture. And that apparel awareness bled over to the LA Rams over time.

The awareness of how the LA Rams performed on game day as related to the uniform worn began organically.  Fans began to correlate the uniform to the outcome, and a new wave of interest was born among Rams fans. In 2020, the Rams played their best in a royal blue jersey and bone white pants. In that same season, the Rams never won in a royal blue jersey and royal blue pants. How do we know? Believe it or not, records were kept:

And so, we got into the business of tracking the team, the uniform, and their performance as well. Surprisingly, the LA Rams were their throwback White jerseys in just three regular-season games last year.  Their record? 1-2.

Well, the team wore white jerseys and yellow pants twice for a 1-1 record. The team wore the white jersey and blue pants once and were 0-1 in that uniform.

But that did not discourage the LA Rams from donning their throwback white jerseys one more time, this time to compete in Super Bowl LVI.

Super Bowl LVI: @ Cincinnati White/Sol W 23-20

That victory sealed the fans’ love for the jersey,  a sentiment that would be carried over throughout the off-season.

And so the team will wear the Throwback White jerseys in eight games, their Royal Blue jerseys in seven games, and their Bone White jerseys in just two games this season.

What about the pants? The team will announce the pants to pair with the jerseys on game week.

So the fans’ voices have been heard, and the team has adopted their Throwback White jersey as one of their primary uniforms. So long Bone White. Although the Rams were 6-3 in Bone White jerseys in 2020, and 7-1 in Bone White jerseys in 2021, the fans have voted you to the back burner.

Do the clothes make the man? Don’t tell LA Rams fans that they do not. After all, they have made their opinion known, and the Rams have aligned with the fashionistas. The Throwback White jerseys are here to stay, and LA Rams fans are creating a Twitter tornado as a result.
