The LA Rams are about to embark on another journey to the Super Bowl, for the chance to hoist the Lombardi Trophy and rejoice in the loving clamor of celebrating fans that accompany an NFL team that wins for the second consecutive season. If one was noteworthy then two are legendary. And the Rams are hooked on the taste of success.

Winning a second Super Bowl is as much about welcoming the best of opponents as it is about surviving all of the NFL speed bumps designed to slow down an NFL juggernaut. The LA Rams lost a host of coaches from the staff, headlined by the exodus of offensive coordinator Kevin O’Connell to try his hand at guiding the future of the Minnesota Vikings.

NFL stars are lured away as well. With an oppressive salary cap, the LA Rams must make the toughest of decisions over who to pay, and who to let walk away. Even as the LA Rams made a full fair market value offer to re-sign veteran outside linebacker Von Miller, he opted for the Buffalo Bills contract for more guaranteed money. The Rams will host the Bills in less than 24 hours, on Thursday Night Football.

Sparkly heirloom

The LA Rams reigning NFL Championship will be commemorated with a banner ceremony before their Thursday Night Football contest. To join in the celebration, let’s revisit some of the images that captured the Rams ring ceremony earlier this summer.

But what about the ring itself? Well, a picture is worth a thousand words, right? Well, this video is a visual novel of detail exposing the intricate and delicate details infused in the LA Rams Super Bowl ring:

The ring itself is a likeness of SoFi Stadium and even has a feature where the sky roof comes off to reveal a football field underneath. It serves to remind coaches, players, and fans alike that the LA Rams faced overwhelming odds and adversity, and overcame them all to stand alone in the end.

One year ago, the LA Rams’ odds of winning Super Bowl LVI were +1200. This year, the Fanduel odds have improved to +1100.  Whether or not that entices you to lay down a wager, think about this. A year ago, the LA Rams fielded a far different roster than the one that eventually defeated the Cincinnati Bengals. This year will likely be no different.

But the Rams now know how to win it all. And for all of the uncertainty of the NFL, the common denominator is LA Rams GM Les Snead and HC Sean McVay. I like our chances.
