In spite of all those accolades, the LA Rams fans have not ceased calling for the dismissal of the team’s defensive coordinator Raheem Morris. But you would be hard pressed to find any available NFL defensive coordinator who can do what the LA Rams defense is doing right now:

Future NFL HC starts with Rams DC Raheem Morris

Right now, the talk of the NFL among almost everyone is the consensus that LA Rams defensive coordinator Raheem Morris will likely step up into an NFL head coaching assignment next year. NFL experts like Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin, LA Rams head coach Sean McVay, Atlanta Falcons DC Jeff Ulbrich, and more have lobbied for him to get a head coaching gig.
