The 2023 NFL Draft will be vitally important for the LA Rams, perhaps more crucial than any other draft of the Rams’ six-year history combining GM Les Snead with HC Sean McVay. Because this year’s restocking of youth and talent is so vital, I’ve enlisted the help of one of the best Draft Gurus in the business, Hunter Haas who is the FanSided site expert for NFL Mocks.com, a FanSided website focused exclusively on the draft.

Seems like a narrow topic? Not at all, since from the moment that the dust settles from one NFL Draft and all of the “who is this guy?” questions have been answered, there is a brand new crop of hundreds (if not thousands) of NFL hopefuls who all want a chance to hear their name called in the following year’s draft.

Preparing for the next NFL Draft

So it’s not a seasonal event, but rather is an annual exercise that involves a continuous cycle of performance, analysis, ranking, projection, and assessment. That cycle goes on and on for each draft prospect, and for each NFL team.

So what if we were to take that process and boil it down to focus exclusively on the LA Rams and prospects who fit the Rams’ needs, while also being realistic targets who could be there when the Rams step up to the podium?
