The Los Angeles Rams didn't even wait until the end of the season to get the rumor mill fired up, as veteran wide receiver Cooper Kupp let the world know that LA plans to seek a trade after eight productive seasons and a Super Bowl victory in their partnership together.

The three-headed monster of Kupp's declining production due to injuries, his $29 million cap hit for the 2025 season, and the emergence of Puka Nacua as the top pass-catching option in this offense have helped the former Eastern Washington star go from arguably the best receiver in he league to a tradeable piece in just a few years.

If the Rams are going to spend money in free agency, they could be on the market for viable pass-catchers that can replace Kupp. These three veterans could be on the move to Sean McVay's laser show offense in LA.

3. KJ Osborn, Washington Commanders

Osborn is in a weird place right now. After three seasons of talling between 540 and 660 receiving yards with the Vikings, Osborn was released before the end of the season after catching just seven passes with the New England Patriots. McVay and the Rams could offer him a perfect bounce-back platform.

What Osborn lacks in amazing speed he makes up for in some solid route-running and separation at the line of scrimmage. This could appeal to McVay, who has made his passing game work with two receivers in Kupp and Nacua that are not going to win the 100m dash anytime soon.

2. Elijah Moore, Cleveland Browns

Cleveland's financial situation might make them unlikely to retain Moore, who was acquired two years ago in a trade with the Jets. Both Moore and Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur view themselves as shrapnel who were ruined by Zach Wilson, and that could lead to a reunion in LA.

With great explosion at the line and some solid results as a YAC specialist with the ball in his hands, Moore deserves better quarterback play after Wilson, Deshaun Watson, and Dorian Thompson-Robinson all played a part in torpedoing his statistical production.

1. Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Godwin is going to cost a pretty penny, and he himself has the same injury issues that have started to drag Kupp down in the last few years, but there may be no better wide receiver on the market outside of Tee Higgins. As long as Stafford is the quarterback, this team is in win-now mode.

Godwin should be an easy 1,000-yard receiver in this offense, as the combination of his veteran savvy and spectacular separation skills will make him a coveted asset for whomever signs him. The Rams may have a bidding war on their hands.
