4 bold predictions for Rams in Week 11 against the Patriots

Bold Prediction 4 - Rams win, but not by much
The LA Rams are on the road, crossing three time zones, but desperately need a win in Week 11 to harbor any realistic hopes of postseason competition. While the team has not proven it's worthy of that distinction just yet, they take a step in the right direction with a win this week. The New England Patriots may be 3-7, but they are a feisty team that has undertaken rebuilding their roster in 2024.
In some ways, they may be ahead of the curve that the Rams must eventually follow.
The Rams are a veteran offense with a young hungry defense. The Patriots are a more veteran defense with a young hungry offense. And it's that opposite blend of talent that makes this a truly intriguing game.
I can see this game following a pattern of either a see-saw battle or a Rams victory outright, but I'm leaning more into a see-saw battle. I just cannot see the offense getting red hot on the opposite end of the country. In fact, I can see the offense starting sluggishly, and perhaps trailing the Patriots at halftime.
To win, the team must embrace uncomfortable offensive truths. That can mean different things to different fans. But what I mean is that the team must surprise the Patriots by not simply defaulting to the same old schtick. If you need examples of what that means, simply review that the team did against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 3 or the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8.
