(1) - WR Cooper Kupp will put up 100+ receiving yards

The LA Rams offense has been able to reroute the team's aerial assault through second-year wide receiver Puka Nacua successfully. When the Rams faced their NFC West Division rivals in Week 14, the San Francisco 49ers ensured that they would not be beaten by the heroics of Cooper Kupp. On almost every play, Kupp attracted two defenders, whether or not Stafford threw the football his way.

But the time the game ended, Nacua had caught seven of eight passes for 97 yards. Conversely, Kupp was unable to catch any of three passes thrown his way.

But don't for a second consider that a sign that Kupp is losing a step. He hauled in five of eight passes for 97 yards and a touchdown against the Buffalo Bills. Such is the ups and downs in the NFL, as defenses alter their defensive plans to neutralize the player or players that they believe are the most dangerous. It's a safe bet that more than half of the NFL defenses view Cooper Kupp as one of the most dangerous players on the Rams offense.

In just 10 games in 2024, Cooper Kupp has racked up 657 receiving yards and six touchdowns. While his 65.7 yards per game and 67.0 catch percentage are not career highs, they show a nice rebound from a struggling 2023 NFL season. And his trademark 4.1 yards per reception remain a solid statistic for the strong wide receiver who does not go down easily.

Stafford holds a 108.3 quarterback rating when targeting Kupp in 2024. So it falls to reason that the Rams will want to get the ball to Kupp in Week 16. I boldly predict that they do.

As always, thanks for reading.
