The LA Rams are the NFL's final act, the encore of Week 10. With this game, the Miami Dolphins (2-6) travel to face the LA Rams (4-4) at SoFi Stadium. The Rams may not have been very competitive on the road this season so far (just 1-3), but they have played hard at home. And this one is very much at home.

The Rams need a win to remain relevant in postseason discussion. But the Dolphins need a win to keep from throwing away their entire season. When the team lost starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, they did not act to backfill his position. When TT returned to compete in Week 8, fans were optimistic and looked for wins. The Dolphins have lost their last two games. And those were gams with Tagovailoa under center.

The Rams can understand struggling. They opened this season 1-4 before getting hot after a Week 6 BYE and winning their last three games. A victory in Week 10 improves the team to 5-4, and elevates the team to an eighth-seeding, just outside of the seven seed limit for the 2025 NFL Playoffs. But as long as the Rams continue to win, they will claim a playoff berth.

Game Details

The Rams could not ask for a more perfect football-weather contest. The game will remain around 60 degrees with a steady wind out of the NorthWest. A mite chilly for shorts and a tee shirt, but ideal sweater weather. The Rams enjoy playing in a domed but open air stadium. That means that fans are insulated from precipitation, but will enjoy the movement of breezes throughout the game.

That also means that players and coaches will feel the impact of the air as well.

The Rams anticipate the return of injured offensive linemen Steve Avila and Jonah Jackson in this one. That could give the offensive line an entirely new look for Week 10. You see, RT Rob Havenstein has been ruled out for the game.
