The LA Rams must prepare for what may be the most important day of the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine, at least in regards to their plans for the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft.

Whether right or wrong, I cannot shake the idea that the Rams fully intend to bolster their secondary in the upcoming draft, and may be planning to use the 19th overall pick to select the best defensive back on the draft board. That leads to the obvious questions: Who are the best defensive backs in the 2024 NFL Draft? NFL Insiders, pundits, analysts, scouts, fans, and even non-fans must now digest the feast of new headlines, quotes, and data that is streaming out of Indianapolis, Indiana right now.

But it's like drinking water from a fire hydrant. There is simply so much information coming out that it's hard to quench a thirst for relevant information without drowning in data.

The truth of the matter is that Group II is a very important group that includes rookie prospects at the tight end, cornerback, and safety positions. For NFL teams, the secondary often competes with offensive linemen as the bread and butter selections throughout the draft. In short, every team may want to stack on players from these positions because of the depth and versatility of players from those positions.
