2. Carson Wentz - QB

Even when Wentz signed with the team for the vet's minimum in November, it was always pretty obvious what this set up was. Wentz was out of the league, while Sean McVay and the rest of LA's offensive staff has shown a talent and willingness to rebuild quarterbacks' careers. He started one game for LA this year -- their regular season finale -- and went 17-24 with 163 yards and two touchdowns in the win over the 49ers. Maybe the staff liked what they say and Wentz returns on another vet's deal, but it seems more likely that he'll be elsewhere next fall.
