4. Duke Shelley - CB

Shelley started his career in Chicago, and then spent one year in Minnesota before signing with the Rams before the 2023 season. Shelley appeared in 11 games this season (0 starts) and logged seven solo tackles with two PBUs. He was the Rams' worst-rated cornerback according to PFF, and only played 10% of the team's defensive snaps. Secondary depth can be hard to come by, but with cornerback being one of the main points of need for the Rams in this year's NFL Draft, a guaranteed spot for Shelley on next year's roster feels unlikely at best.
