Kupp isn’t guaranteed to play in Week against the Philadelphia Eagles, but he is pushing to suit up this week.
WR Cooper Kupp is pushing to play against the Eagles. The Rams of course want to use Kupp on those deep over routes and will test it out to see if he can get close to max speed.

The better news, I'm told the injury was not as serious (in terms of long term) as initially feared.

Best Cooper Kupp prop bet if he plays in Week 5 vs. Eagles
Cooper Kupp anytime touchdown scorer
There currently aren’t any prop lines for Kupp as of this writing, but he’s a great bet to find the end zone if he does suit up in Week 5.
Kupp has 22 touchdowns over the last two seasons (26 games), and he’s Matthew Stafford’s favorite target when he’s on the field.
With Puka Nacua serving as a viable option for the Rams on the outside, Kupp may see some more open looks in Week 5.
