LA Rams training camp dates and attendance guide

The NFL training camp dates are set, and in less than a month's time, all 32 NFL teams will be actively engaged in multi-tasking. That is, the coaching staff for each team will simultaneously be coaching up players, teaching and encouraging them, while also removing themselves to a safe enough distance to objectively assess their progress, fit, and potential with the team.

While never an easy task, the process is tremendously difficult for the LA Rams coaches this year. Not just from the fact that this team is bursting with unfamiliar rookie faces, but from the fact that the pace of offseason workout sessions had to be slowed to ensure that no rookie fell too far behind.

The LA Rams open their 2023 NFL Training camp on July 25, 2023, and the Rams are one of the latest camp openings in the NFL:

The Rams training camp will conclude on August 9, 2023. The Rams will have seven training camp dates that will be open to the public. If you plan on attending, please note you will need admission tickets.

Ticket Information

Tickets for up to 4 adults and 4 children tickets per session may be claimed for each training camp date. Start and End times noted designate times for Rams merchandise, vendor booths, music, and more that will accompany the event(s). Actual training time is subject to change. You can attend as many training camp sessions as you like, but you must register for each event individually. And to process children's tickets, at least one adult ticket must accompany the request. Parking is on a first- come first-served basis, and limited parking is available for fans to purchase at the Mesa Parking Structure, Student Center Parking Structure as well as lots 5 and 14. Be sure to purchase your parking early, particularly if you plan to attend the event with young children or anyone with limited mobility.
