4 Cam Akers trade packages for current interested teams

Las Vegas adds Cam Akers to the fold as insurance to Josh Jacobs

One of the more confusing situations in football through two weeks has to be with the Las Vegas Raiders, who are close to being dead last in the league in rushing. This comes after last year, the Raiders boasted the league's leading rusher in Josh Jacobs.

Jacobs, of course, held out for a better deal from the Raiders before returning at the last minute and, so far, it hasn't been pretty. Now, to be fair to Jacobs, he is still a highly talented back and will be just fine. The Raiders' run blocking hasn't been great so far, either.

In this deal, the Raiders would trade backup running back Zamir White, along with a seventh rounder, in exchange for Akers. White hasn't panned out the way Las Vegas would have liked so far, but maybe he finds his groove under Sean McVay at some point.

This obviously isn't the best possible deal for the Raiders, but if all teams are willing to give up is a seventh-round pick, then at least the Rams get a player in this deal as well. Not to mention, White was a fourth-round pick last year out of Georgia. He still has plenty of potential.
