3. Joshua Dobbs, Arizona Cardinals

One of the league's biggest surprises, to this point, is the offense in Arizona. The Cardinals have actually played some competitive football, overall. Led by Joshua Dobbs, who joined the team just prior to the start of the regular season, Arizona has been anything but what we thought they would be.

This is not a team that's tanking, even though many, including myself, labeled them as such even recently. No, the Cardinals are playing to win games, and Dobbs has played excellent football so far. For what it's worth, Dobbs has yet to throw an interception this season, making him one of just three starting quarterbacks to do so.

Pretty soon, the Cardinals will get Kyler Murray back and maybe, just maybe, they'll mess around and stay in the playoff race. Until then, it'll be Dobbs holding it down and doing just fine in Murray's place.
