2. Zac Robinson, Quarterbacks Coach

Obviously, one of the very first connections people will make is with current Rams quarterback coach Zac Robinson, who has been garnering some buzz as an offensive coordinator candidate. This would be an easy move for both Morris and Robinson, having already established a working relationship and the Falcons having an opening.

Robinson has been under Sean McVay his entire coaching career, which began back in 2019. As a former quarterback, Robinson knows the position well and could be instrumental in the Falcons finding their quarterback of the future. He's worked with prolific pocket passers like Matthew Stafford, Jared Goff and even Baker Mayfield for a short while.

In Atlanta, Robinson would surely understand the objective of getting the football into the hands of his top playmakers like Drake London, Kyle Pitts and Bijan Robinson -- a strategy which Arthur Smith did not quite register with.

As McVay's next in line, in terms of his coaching pupils, Robinson seems to be the favorite to join Morris as the Falcons' next offensive coordinator. We should see this role filled fairly quickly once Morris is in the building and established in his role for a couple of days.
