Rams replace Ernest Jones IV with former first rounder in latest trade predictions

The end of the Rams' preseason took a hard detour earlier this week, when it was reported that the team was allowing team captain Ernest Jones IV to seek a trade. And while that doesn't necessarily mean that they're going to actually move him, the writing is now officially on the wall/internet.

It's also entirely possible this is all just posturing by both sides ahead of a new contract, but it's not like Labor Day Weekend trades are *that* uncommon in the NFL. If the Rams do end up moving on from Jones, that opens up the possibility of a smaller trade to replace him, which is music to Bleacher Report's ears.
