Rams vs. Seahawks best anytime touchdown scorer picks (Who will score with Cooper Kupp injured?)
The Los Angeles Rams will take on the Seattle Seahawks in an NFC West showdown in Week 1.
Unfortunately for Rams fans, Cooper Kupp has been officially ruled out for the opening weekend. So, with him out of the lineup, who should we target to score on Sunday? That's what I'm here to find out.
Now before I get into my favorite touchdown bets, you should check out the Week 1 edition of the "Road to 272 Bets", where I break down my pick for all 16 games.
Another thing you should do is sign up for an account at FanDuel Sportsbook. If you click the link below and place a $5 bet on any game, you'll be given $200 in bonus bets and get $100 off NFL Sunday Ticket! Yes, it's really that easy.
Now, let's get into my favorite touchdown bets.
Best Anytime TD Bets for Rams vs. Seahawks
- Van Jefferson Anytime TD +185
- Puka Nacua Anytime TD +550
- Cam Akers Anytime TD +125
Van Jefferson Anytime TD +185
Van Jefferson is the most experienced and established receiver left on the Rams' roster, so he's the obvious choice to step up in the void left by Kupp. He played in 11 games last season hauling in 24 catches for 369 yards and three touchdowns. If I could pick any one receiver to bet on to score in this game for the Rams, it'd be Jefferson at +185.
Puka Nacua Anytime TD +550
The Rams 5th round pick out of BYU, Puka Nacua, has become the hipster pick to the next man up in Los Angeles. If you want to sound like you're smart and know more than other people, just say "Nah bro, Puka Nacua is gonna be the WR1 with Kupp out."
That may be true, but this player is a rookie so we don't really know what we're going to see from him. What we do know, is that he's absolutely worth a sprinkle at +550 odds. Then, if he does score, you can look like a genius to your friends.
Cam Akers Anytime TD +125
Finally, there's a running back we can bet on, Cam Akers. He's the No. 1 running back for the Rams and instead of throwing to one of the more unknown players in Kupp's absence, Sean McVay may just decide to run the ball more, especially when they get close to the goalline. +125 odds makes a lot of sense for Akers.
Odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
