Saints vs. Rams best anytime touchdown scorer picks (Kyren Williams is must bet)
By Peter Dewey
The Los Angeles Rams are surging in the NFC playoff standings, but the team needs a win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 16 to stay in the No. 7 spot – or better – in the NFC.
New Orleans is in the mix for an NFC South title and a wild card spot after beating the New York Giants in Week 15. The Saints are also expected to get a key piece of their offense back in this game.
Star wideout Chris Olave, who missed Week 15, is expected to return on Thursday Night Football from his ankle injury.
How does Olave’s return impact the prop market?
There are several ways to bet on this game, but one of my favorites is simply taking a few players to find the end zone. This is a favorable matchup for a few Rams players, and Olave could be a sneaky pick as well in Week 16.

Let’s dive into the picks:
Best anytime touchdown scorer picks for Saints vs. Rams
- Kyren Williams anytime touchdown scorer
- Cooper Kupp anytime touchdown scorer
- Chris Olave anytime touchdown scorer
Kyren Williams anytime touchdown scorer
This is a dream matchup for Rams running back Kyren Williams, who has transformed this offense since coming back from injured reserve.
Williams has found the end zone in three of his four games since returning, scoring four times in total over that stretch.
Now, he gets to take on a Saints team that is allowing 4.5 yards per carry this season, the seventh most in the NFL.
I think Williams gets a chance to add to his impressive season-long touchdown total in Week 16.
Cooper Kupp anytime touchdown scorer
Cooper Kupp is matchup proof, and he’s starting to show why he’s one of the best wideouts in the NFL.
Over the Rams’ last three games, Kupp has 26 targets which he’s turned into 265 receiving yards and three scores.
He’s found the end zone in each game, and he’s totaled over 100 yards in each of his last two matchups. He and Matthew Stafford are connecting right now, so I’ll gladly take him to score against the Saints this week.
Chris Olave anytime touchdown scorer
When he’s healthy, Olave is the clear No. 1 receiving option for the Saints. So, I expect him to be back to a normal workload in Week 16.
Prior to missing last week’s game, Olave had scored a touchdown in three of his previous five matchups.
The Rams are a solid defense all around, but they have allowed 19 passing touchdowns this season. Jacoby Brissett was able to get something going against the Los Angeles secondary in Week 15.
I think Derek Carr looks Olave’s way often, as he’s targeted him eight or more times in seven of the last eight weeks. He’s my favorite Saints player to hit paydirt this week.
