And Raheem Morris was there to greet each and every one of them. Not to lay down the law, but in a truly respectful and warm-hearted way that left each new rookie feeling more than special.

Raheem Morris left each player believing that Morris truly depended on him to help the Rams succeed in 2023. Morris valued his players and cheered them on like a close uncle. And the Rams' young rookies responded in an unprecedented way. They not only helped to carry the Rams to the 2024 NFL Playoffs, but many outperformed veterans along the way.
