Which quarterbacks will the Los Angeles Rams face in the 2024 NFL Season?
Week 9 - Geno Smith
Geno Smith is not a good NFL starting QB, and his 2022 season was clearly an outlier. The LA Rams should pull apart Smith and the Seattle Seahawks in 2024.
Week 10 - Tua Tagovailoa
Tua Tagovailoa is good, but should he be better given the amount of talent around him? Tagovailoa can win from the pocket like the elite QBs in the NFL can, but in cold weather and late in the season, he and the Miami Dolphins tend to buckle.
Week 11 - Drake Maye/Jacoby Brissett
Another situation with a high-quality backup and a rookie, Drake Maye might be someone who does need a year to sit and watch, so do not be surprised if Jacoby Brissett gets the nod here for the New England Patriots in 2024.
Week 12 - Jalen Hurts
I tend to think that Jalen Hurts' 2022 season was an outlier and not who he really is as a QB, so while Hurts may still be viewed as a top passer, I just can't buy it. The LA Rams defense should be able to have a field day if they can get past the Eagles loaded offensive line.
Week 13 - Derek Carr
One of the most consistently average players in NFL history, about all Derek Carr is good for at this point in his career is a 7-9 win season and a 93-ish passer rating. He's fine, but incredibly predictable.
Week 14 - Josh Allen
Josh Allen is one of the more electric QBs in the NFL, but turns the ball over a lot. With the veteran Rams secondary, they should be able to come away with at least one interception from the right arm of Allen.
Week 15 - Brock Purdy
Hey! I remember you!
Week 16 - Aaron Rodgers
Will Aaron Rodgers be in the lineup this late in the season? If his body can hold up, then this game may end up having some huge playoff implications to it, which would make for quite the contest.
Week 17 - Kyler Murray
Kyler Murray is very good. Moving on.
Week 18 - Geno Smith
Maybe the LA Rams enter Week 18 of the 2024 NFL Season having clinched a seed in the NFC postseason. If that is the case, they may want to rest their starters, but either way, LA has no reason to not win this game.
