The Los Angeles Rams hold the 26th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft after another season that saw them reach the playoffs. The Rams have plenty of question marks on their roster and they can use the draft to fill some of those holes.

One of the biggest holes on the roster is at offensive tackle where left tackle is going to be a must-address when the new league year begins. If the Rams can manage to keep Alaric Jackson in Los Angeles, that'll be a big win. If he signs elsewhere, however, the Rams will need to find a new left tackle and the draft might be their best place to find one.

That's why it's not a surprise to see mock drafts linking the Rams to left tackles and in this week's mock draft roundup, two draft experts picked the Rams to select the same left tackle.

It's not a shock to see Rams linked to left tackles in mock drafts

ESPN: Josh Conerly Jr., OT (Oregon)

In Mel Kiper's recent mock draft, he had the Rams snagging Josh Conerly out of Oregon to try and shore up their left tackle spot (assuming, of course, that Jackson leaves in free agency). Kiper did say that this plan is contigent on Matthew Stafford remaining the quarterback of the Rams, noting that if he's traded, they could be looking at someone like Jaxson Dart.

Bucky Brooks also had the Rams going with Conerly in the first round of his recent mock draft, noting that pass protection needs to be the most important thing for LA moving forward no matter who their quarterback is for 2025 and beyond. With Conerly being the Rams' pick for two draft experts, it's starting to feel like it's being written into existence.

CBS Sports: Josh Simmons, OT (Ohio State)

It's all offensive tackle kind of mock draft roundup this week, as, even though Chris Trapasso of CBS Sports didn't have the Rams going with Conerly, he still had them taking a tackle in his latest mock draft. Pass protection appears to be where all of the draft experts think the Rams will go with their first-round pick and even though Simmons suffered a knee injury in October, the draft pundits still believe he's deserving of being selected in the first round.
