Updated LA Rams 2025 NFL Draft picks and picks in future NFL Drafts

The Los Angeles Rams had multiple possible trade scenarios develop for the 2025 NFL offseason. One trade scenario was shut down as soon as veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford agreed to new contract terms. One trade scenario remains in play, as veteran WR Cooper Kupp is still available from the Rams - for a price. And one trade scenario has played out to fruition, as the Chicago Bears have agreed to acquire Rams veteran IOL Jonah Jackson for a Round 6 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

While that may seem like a modest return (it is) for a starting caliber offensive lineman, we cannot ignore how effective the Rams have been recently in the NFL Draft. After all, the Rams seem to get elite NFL starts on Day 3 of an NFL Draft effortlessly. So perhaps Day 3 picks are more valuable than you may think. If so, then the Rams have quite a few opportunities to strike gold in the 2025 NFL Draft as well.

Los Angeles Rams Draft Picks in 2025

The good news is that the Rams will have a pick in Round 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft. More good news is that the Rams hold two picks in Round 3, one pick in Round 4, and a whopping four picks in Round 6. Unfortunately, as it now stands, the team does not have picks in Rounds 2, 5, or 7. So when do the Rams pick?

Per Tankathon.com, the Rams selections fall at 26, 90, 100, 126, 192, 197, 203, and 204. That's eight picks, and at least one pick on every day of the 2025 NFL Draft. If recent history is any indication, the Rams will land some quality rookies in the 2025 NFL Draft
