Los Angeles Rams head coach Jeff Fisher spoke about the reported beef between he and general manager Les Snead on Friday.
There is no feud between Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead and head coach Jeff Fisher, according to the head coach himself.
Earlier on Friday Snead told the OC Register that there were no issues between he and Fisher, saying the rumor about their reportedly “toxic” relationship is “false.”
He also noted, as did Fisher, that he would get to the bottom of who said it and find out why.

Soon after Snead spoke, it was Fisher’s turn to tell his side of things after Friday’s practice. The Rams head coach claims there is no issue between he and the team’s general manager, per Alden Gonzalez of ESPN:
"“We communicate all the time, we work together, we make decisions together. I don’t know where it’s coming from. I’ll find out. In our business, unnamed sources, they’re not good.” Fisher said he printed his transcripts from Tuesday, then the MMQB article, showed them to Snead and said, “How do you connect the dots? You can’t.”"
One strange this about all of this is, how did Fisher and Snead both not know about the other’s contract extension if they work so closely together?
"Asked about his relationship with Fisher, a noted outdoorsman, Snead joked, “We don’t go hunting and fishing together, because I say I’m the only guy from Alabama who doesn’t hunt and fish.”Snead also joked that “boxing gloves come out” when he and Fisher disagree. Snead painted a picture of a relationship that may or may not be based on personal warmth, but includes great mutual respect."
It would seem odd for this to be a reality, but who knows given the past four-plus years this organization has seen.
So, we’re to believe that these two close associates know nothing about the other’s future and have a rogue employee in their midst who is making things up.

Unfortunately for Snead and Fisher, this adds up to the opposite of what they are saying.
