Los Angeles Rams Officially Reveal New Uniforms For 2017 Season

After allowing fan votes to be part of the process, the Los Angeles Rams officially revealed on Twitter their new uniforms for 2017.
Between the NFL combine and allowing fans to participate in polls to help design part of the new uniforms, it’s been a busy last few days for the Los Angeles Rams. The next few days will determine which players the Rams could possibly target in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft at No. 37, but for now, the big news surrounding the teams are the new uniforms players will be wearing when taking the field for the 2017 season.

Over the last two days, fans were asked to voice their opinions through social media (Twitter and Facebook) regarding the stripes on the pants along with the type of face mask for the helmets. For those fans that remember last year’s Week 15 contest against the Seattle Seahawks, these helmets were on display by Los Angeles, and turned out to be quite popular among the fan base, which must have made the decision process much easier on their end.

Even though nothing was official at the time, a story broke at the beginning of February about the uniform changes for the Rams after photos were leaked on the internet. Between the hiring of Sean McVay as the youngest head coach in NFL history to Jared Goff entering his first full season as the starter, here’s to hoping the new uniforms will help with the process of the fresh start for Los Angeles as they look to bounce back from a disappointing 4-12 season.

After ranking at the bottom of the league last year by only averaging 14 points per game, at least the Rams are providing their fan base with some sort of excitement this offseason with these uniform changes.
