Round 3: QB Bryce Petty

The Rams have beefed up their offensive line in rounds one and two which leaves needs at free safety, cornerback, linebacker, and quarterback.

Of the three rounds this is the most difficult as the Rams dont have a fourth round pick. This is one that they are going to have to hit on.

While Petty didnt have a great Senior Bowl as he did throw an interception looking inaccurate at times, he may be the only option for the Rams at quarterback.

Jeff Fisher did say that he wanted to bring in somebody to compete with Bradford and if they dont take a quarterback now, they aren’t going to get somebody who can compete with the current Rams quarterback.

As mentioned earlier, Petty does have accuracy issues and did benefit from a one read system and his playmakers at Baylor, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a smart quarterback with all the intangible that will allow him to succeed at the next level.

Other Options: Nelson Agholor(WR), Hroniss Grasu(C), Tre’ Jackson(G)
