4. Build Depth 

When it came to depth on the offensive line and the secondary last season, the Rams simply didnt have it. When it comes to success in the NFL it comes down to the team that plays the “next man up” philosophy the best.

If the Rams do what I suggest above, they will have a good corps of guys, but if its one team that knows injuries better than anyone its the Rams. Injuries are the type of thing that you need to be prepared for, and its something the Rams haven’t been the last two years.

This offseason they need to draft guys in the later rounds and sign guys in free agency that are going to give them good depth. Unfortunately waiting until the seventh round in the draft isn’t going to do that. Depth is a small thing, but it is everything.
