Tavon Austin

In two years with the Rams, to say the least, Tavon Austin has been disappointing. While a lot of his big plays have come back due to penalties and the Rams haven’t necessarily used him correctly, that doesn’t account for his dropped passes and inability at times to just run up field.

Last season, Austin failed to grasp a single receiving touchdown, his only scores coming running the ball and on punt returns. And in his rookie year, his only receiving touchdowns came in two games. You would expect a lot more coming from a first round pick.

Selected eighth overall and just two years into his tenure in St. Louis it might be time for a new beginning elsewhere. While the Rams would be unable to get a first round pick for the wide receiver, there would be plenty of interest for Austin around the league.

Teams Who Could Be Interested: Philadelphia Eagles, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs
