After Week 10 of the 2015 season, one thing is clear for the St. Louis Rams: Jeff Fisher is leading the team to another mediocre season. It’s unfortunate, as the team has a roster with incredible young talent—especially on the defensive end. The Rams sit at 4-5 entering Week 11, which is hardly encouraging considering the lack of winning seasons under coach Fisher.

However, there have been some individual players on the Rams that have been performing at very high levels despite the team’s inability to consistently win football games. Yes, contrary to popular belief, the St. Louis Rams actually have talent on such an underperforming team.
Most of the Rams players mentioned were drafted by St. Louis, whether it be during the current Fisher era or during a previous coaching regime. Despite mediocrity, the Rams have been slowly building up a team that will become a playoff contender in the near future.
