Dana Stubblefield perfectly summed it up in 1995 when the 49ers took on the Rams in their first game in St. Louis.  He said, “New city, same old sorry Rams”.  I’m not sure if those words could ring anymore true than after the pitiful display that was put on in Baltimore this past Sunday.  The Rams (4-6) came into this Sunday’s game with the hopes of bringing their record back to 5-5 and having a glimmer of hope in the NFC playoff picture.  Those dreams of a post-season birth were all but sacked in the backfield, as the Rams dropped there third straight game to the 2-7 Baltimore Ravens.

More from Rams News

What started out as a promising season for the Rams, has been shattered in the past two weeks by below average competition.  Nearly every aspect of this Rams team has been a shell of what we thought they were capable of.  Injuries have piled up, but that is no excuse for the under-performance of this team and even more so, this coaching staff.  Jeff Fisher and friends have consistently made excuses and refused to take responsibility for what has taken place this season.  I for one am tired of the old mantra “we’ll look at the film and fix it next week”.  Look Jeff, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the schedule does not get any easier.  The last two games were must wins to keep this season from going the way of the past 11.  Even the most optimistic of Rams fans would have a hard time arguing that this team can finish better than 7-9.

Before we get ahead of ourselves and look to the final six games of the 2015 Rams season, lets give out our report card grades for this weeks matchup.
