With the short week heading into the Thursday Night Football clash with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers it was going to be a challenge getting this beat up St. Louis Rams roster healthy, but it would appear the team is getting closer to 100 percent.

Last Sunday’s victory over the Detroit Lions ended a five-game losing streak that came paired with a rash of injuries, including starting cornerback Janoris Jenkins and rookie running back Todd Gurley.
Notable changes from the midweek report include the progress of Jenkins (concussion). Jenkins took, and passed, the final stages of the league’s concussion protocol on Tuesday, which included an exertion test. He was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice and was upgraded to probable for Thursday’s game. The return of Jenkins will be a huge plus for what has been a solid Rams passing defense this season.
Gurley also returned to action Wednesday after getting some rest earlier in the week. Gurley tweaked his knee late in Sunday’s victory over the Lions that had some folks worried. However, after a little rest, it would appear Gurley should be 100 percent come Thursday against a suspect Tampa Run defense. Gurley rushed for 140-yards and two touchdowns in the second half against the Lions on Sunday.

Offensive tackle Rob Havenstein appears to be gaining ground on his calf injury. He was listed as probable in Wednesday’s practice injury report as was wide receiver Kenny Britt who has been battling a shoulder injury.
Only defensive end Robert Quinn (back) and offensive lineman Andrew Donnal (knee) were listed as non-participants. St. Louis has yet to place Quinn on season ending injured reserve after news was released the all-pro would require surgery on his injured back.
The full injury report included:
Out: DE Robert Quinn (back), OT Andrew Donnal (knee)
Questionable: CB Eric Patterson (ankle)
Probable: RB Todd Gurley (rest), WR Kenny Britt (shoulder), OT Rob Havenstein (calf), CB Janoris Jenkins (concussion)
