Watch Kendrick Lamar Participate at Camp With Los Angeles Rams

Kendrick Lamar decided to join the Los Angeles Rams at training camp on Wednesday and show off some of his football skills as well.

If the Los Angeles Rams are looking to add one more wide receiver before their first preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys–Kendrick Lamar may be their man.

The popular rapper along with ScHoolboy Q were in attendance for Rams camp on Wednesday at UC Irvine as the team prepares for their first season in Los Angeles. When considering Lamar was born in Compton, it’s safe to say the rapper is excited about Los Angeles finally having a football team again and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him in attendance for numerous games throughout the 2016 season.

Not only did Lamar attend Wednesday’s practice, but he decided to show off some of his receiving skills as displayed in the video below courtesy of the Rams.

Who knows–maybe Lamar has what it takes to give some of the other receivers recently added to the roster some competition (obviously kidding). Between the quad injury to Pharoh Cooper along with the signing of Austin Hill and David Richards, the battle at wide receiver may be the most interesting position to keep an eye on over the next few weeks.

It’s always cool to see celebrities take time out of their busy schedule to visit professional sports teams like Lamar did with the Rams on Wednesday and this behind the scenes clip should gets fans even more excited about what else is in store for the season debut of Hard Knocks next week.
