Luke Walton Stops By Training Camp For Los Angeles Rams

The new head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers spent part of his Friday watching the Los Angeles Rams practice.
With a revamped fan base in one of the most popular cities in the country, the Los Angeles Rams have already seen plenty of celebrity sightings at training camp this week such as rapper Kendrick Lamar–who even showed off his receiving skills. On Friday, the Rams saw one of the city’s newest sports icons attending their practice in Los Angeles Lakers head coach Luke Walton.

The former assistant of the Golden State Warriors stopped by camp on Friday as he enters his first season as head coach for the Lakers. While he has plenty of experience as an assistant, this will mark the first time Walton will be a head coach as he most likely spent part of the day picking the brain of Jeff Fisher–who has plenty of head coaching experience entering his fifth season with the Rams.
Now that Walton is part of the sports family in Los Angeles, it’s good to see the Lakers head coach supporting other teams in the city. Then again, Walton spent nearly nine seasons as a player for the Lakers–so he already has a good idea of how much the city of Los Angeles loves their sports teams.

With Lamar and Walton already showing their support for the Rams, it will be fun seeing how many other celebrities join in on the fun now that Los Angeles finally has a football team again.
