2016 NFL Power Rankings Week 2: Los Angeles Rams Edition

29. New Orleans Saints (29)
How on earth did the New Orleans Saints go on to lose Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders when they were up 11 points heading into the fourth quarter?
Allowing the Raiders to score three touchdowns in the fourth quarter alone shows just how bad this Saints’ defense is, the loss is going to take some time to get over. The Saints’ offense has to be absolutely frustrated over the fact they put up 34 points, and the defense appears to be heading towards another season at the bottom of the league.
It’s not even funny how many weapons New Orleans is loaded with on offense between Drew Brees and Brandin Cooks, but it’s going to be difficult for this team to be serious contenders in the NFC if the defense is going to play this bad. Not to mention losing the way they did on a gutsy two-point conversion makes this loss even tougher to swallow.
