2016 NFL Power Rankings Week 7: Los Angeles Rams Fall After Loss to Detroit Lions
By Dan Parzych
32. Cleveland Browns 0-6 (32)
Another week, another loss for the Cleveland Browns as this team continues to be the only winless team in the league after falling just short against the Tennessee Titans 28-26. In their defense, this season hasn’t exactly been smooth for the Browns when considering all of the different quarterbacks they’ve been forced to work with.
Nothing against Cody Kessler, but Cleveland wasn’t expecting to rely on the rookie this early in his career.
With that being said, there may be some hope for the former USC quarterback after all when looking at his performance (26 of 41 for 336 yards with two touchdowns) against the Titans. Luckily for Kessler, having a threat with the skill level of Terrelle Pryor (nine catches for 75 yards with two touchdowns) makes it a lot easier to run the Browns’ offense.
As far as Cleveland picking up their first win of the season goes, it will be interesting to see how things pan out over the next couple of games for this team. Up next, the Browns hit the road to take on their in-state rivalries in the Cincinnati Bengals, a team that is desperately looking for a win after another tough loss in Week 6.
