2017 NFL Draft Order: Updated Selections Heading Into Divisional Round

T-14. Indianapolis Colts
The level of frustration hit an all-time high for Indianapolis Colts fans after seeing the team fail to make the postseason for the second year in a row. And if that wasn’t frustrating enough, the Colts failed to make the playoffs despite playing in arguably the league’s weakest division in the AFC South.
After all of the money invested in Andrew Luck at quarterback, the Colts need to do whatever it takes to improve the offensive line in the offseason to make sure he receives the necessary protection to help this team become contenders again. In fact, the argument can be made that Indianapolis shouldn’t have invested so much money into Luck, and focused on spending their money at other positions instead.
A solid draft may not even be enough for a team like the Colts when seeing all of their areas of weakness on display throughout the 2016 season. Not only does Indianapolis have to worry about the Houston Texans in the division, but the Tennessee Titans are expected to be strong contenders once again in 2017 after falling just shy of winning the AFC South due to a tiebreaker.
In other words, the Colts have a ton on their plate if they’re going to turn things around next year.
