18. Tennessee Titans

Who would have thought the Tennessee Titans would be lucky enough to be in this position at the beginning of the year to have two draft picks in the top 20? Thanks to the Los Angeles Rams having one of the worst offenses in the league, the Titans earned the fifth overall pick to go along with their selection at No. 18.

For a team that fell just short of winning the AFC South, that’s absolutely terrifying to think about, as Tennessee couldn’t have imagined being in this situation when they agreed to a trade with Los Angeles before last year’s draft in the first place. If anything, the Titans most likely assumed the Rams would end up finishing with a well enough record to land a pick late in the first round.

Here’s to hoping Tennessee doesn’t find a way to ruin this dream scenario by using these two picks on players they don’t need. Keep in mind that despite all of the success in the ground game, this team desperately need another big playmaker for Marcus Mariota in the passing game. If all goes well, that shouldn’t be an issue for the Titans with two first-round picks this year.
