EA Sports gave credit to Johnny Hekker of the Los Angeles Rams for having a high rating in Madden, but accidentally uploaded a photo of Greg Zuerlein by accident.

The Los Angeles Rams were one of the biggest disappointments from the 2016 season after finishing with a 4-12 record, but at least the team was fortunate enough to have arguably the league’s best punter once again in Johnny Hekker. Despite all of the struggles, Hekker was still able to earn a spot in this year’s Pro Bowl for the third time in four seasons, and while this will certainly help boost his rating in the next Madden video game, EA Sports may want to double check next time before praising the punter on Twitter.

EA Sports gave props to Hekker on Wednesday by acknowledging the punter’s 93 overall rating after leading the league with 4,680 punting yards last season on 98 punts. When considering the fact that Los Angeles ranked at the bottom of the league in 2016 by only averaging 14 points per game, Hekker leading the league in these categories shouldn’t have come as a surprise since the offense’s inability to score points resulted in plenty of action.

As much as Hekker appreciated the acknowledgement from EA Sports, the punter couldn’t help poke fun over the tweet being a picture of kicker Greg Zuerlein instead of himself. And when knowing his history of being the jokester on the Rams, it really shouldn’t come as a surprise to see Hekker have some fun of his own with a hilarious response.

On another note, Hekker is right about Zuerlein looking great in the photo, and the kicker has every reason in the world to be thrilled about how the offseason is going since he recently signed a new three-year deal with Los Angeles to keep him around through the 2019 season. Hekker’s always been of the most popular Rams to follow on social media due to his constant jokes, but to see EA Sports upload the wrong photo with one of Zuerlein instead is kind of hilarious.

All things considered, Hekker should just be thrilled over the fact that he has such a high rating in Madden since most players tend to be upset over where they stand. Assuming all goes well, there’s every reason to believe Hekker will be one of the top punters in the NFL once again in 2017, but hopefully with less punts this time around due to more scoring from the offense.
