2017 NFL Power Rankings Week 8: Rams climb after shutting out Cardinals in London
By Dan Parzych
Let’s see where the Los Angeles Rams currently stand in the 2017 NFL Power Rankings Week 8 following another big win, this time against the Arizona Cardinals.
With plenty of hot teams working their way up the list of the 2017 NFL Power Rankings Week 8, the Los Angeles Rams certainly deserve consideration for being one of the best teams to beat at the moment, and Sunday’s win against the Arizona Cardinals proved that. In fact, if both the offense and defense continue playing like they did against the Cardinals, the Rams should be able to come out on top of the NFC West.
Not only did Los Angeles manage to put up 33 points against their division rivals in London, but the defense prevented Arizona from scoring a single point during Sunday’s key win to improve their record to 5-2 on the season. Even if the outcome most likely would have been different with a healthy Carson Palmer, this shouldn’t takeaway from the amazing performance on display by the Rams to help them top their win total from a year ago.
