After a potential monster game at home against the Eagles, the Rams will travel up to Seattle for a second shot at an NFC West foe, when they play the Seahawks on December 17.

At stake?

Maybe, just maybe an NFC West title.

The matchup, just one week before Christmas Eve could be a passing of the torch, or at the very least, notice to Seattle that the Rams are here to stay.

To add to all that might be, is the trend established in these first seven games. If the Rams continue to be a road juggernaut, then the battle in Seattle could be an epic game and an indication of what we may see in the West for seasons to come.

LA will get the Seahawks with only the 49ers left on the division schedule, so It’s not out of the realm of possibility that the Week 15 game absolutely decides the West, or at the very least sets the table for New Year’s Eve, when the Rams play the Niners and Seattle plays Arizona.

If the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle continue on the trajectory they are currently on with both teams getting better each week, the December 17 game might be the best game the division sees in 2017.
