1. Get Cooks the football more

With Cooper Kupp out for at least this weekend, Goff will be relying more on some of his other favorite receivers like Brandin Cooks and Robert Woods to put the offense in better position to succeed against the 49ers. And when seeing how Goff and Cooks only connected twice for 53 yards during the team’s win over the Broncos

One of the best decisions Los Angeles made in the offseason was acquiring Cooks from the New England Patriots since it helped fill the void left by Sammy Watkins when he left the team in free agency to sign with the Kansas City Chiefs. Not to mention, it’s completely clear that the Rams upgraded with Cooks since he wasted little time making a much bigger impact than Watkins, and it only took until the middle of October.

Fantasy football owners may have been disappointed with the outcome on the end of Cooks for Week 6, but also keep in mind this was only one game. No matter what it takes, it’s extremely important for Goff to do whatever it takes to get the football in the hands of Cooks as much as possible, and if this does happen, the Rams could be looking at 7-0.
