19. Tennessee Titans: Jachai Polite, Edge, Florida

Frustrating seems to be the best term to discuss the results from last season for the Tennessee Titans after watching them look like a serious contender on numerous occasions, including wins over the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles.

One can only imagine how different the playoffs would have been if the Titans actually won during Week 17 when facing the Indianapolis Colts, but at least 2019 gives plenty of hope for this team to make another run at the playoffs.

Of course, the best chance of this happening for Tennessee is not only making sure Marcus Mariota stays healthy, but also the defense comes through on their end as well.

Believe it or not, Tennessee’s defense displayed a ton of potential at times throughout the course of the 2018 season, but just imagine what the addition of a defender like Jachai Polite could do for a unit like this one.

After two decent years with the Gators, Polite watched his stock skyrocket as a junior after finishing with 11 sacks, and his physical style of play makes this look like a great selection for the Titans.

Polite’s ability to stop the run seems concerning, but hopefully this is an area the defensive lineman can improve on once he makes the transition to the NFL.
