2. Kevin Pierre-Louis

Similar to Brooks, Kevin Pierre-Louis only has one career start to his name, but this shouldn’t rule out a team like the Rams considering the linebacker to provide some depth for the upcoming season.

After a one-year stint with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2017, Pierre-Louis joined New York on a two-year deal last March before the team recently decided to decline his option for 2019, meaning he will become a free agent as well.

Despite all of the hype surrounding the defense heading into last season, the one position that stood out the most for the Rams in regards to needing improvement was linebacker, as the team hoped to see some of the younger players surprisingly step up.

While Dante Fowler Jr. deserves credit for helping fill the need after coming over from the Jacksonville Jaguars before the trade deadline, the future for the former first-round pick with the team is still up in the air as well.

Then again, even if Fowler returns, Pierre-Louis could be one of the players Los Angeles still considers signing to make sure they have the necessary depth at the position to put them in a better position to pick right up where they left off on defense come September.
