3. Tyler Larsen
Moving on from John Sullivan this offseason after the impact made by the veteran center over the last two seasons wasn’t easy for the Rams, but also was the right one since the argument can be made his production was on the decline towards the end of last year.

Now that Sullivan is no longer part of the picture, expectations are high for Los Angeles to see Brian Allen step it up during his sophomore NFL season after limited action as a rookie.
Ever since Allen was selected in the draft in 2018, the Rams felt confident enough that he would one day develop into a reliable member of the offensive line.
But since nothing is guaranteed when it comes to the NFL, and Allen still has a lot to prove, it can never hurt to have enough depth just in case, which is where Tyler Larsen could come into play.
After previously bouncing around with the Miami Dolphins and Washington Redskins to start off his NFL career, Larsen didn’t actually catch his first break until joining the Panthers for the 2016 season.
With 18 career starts to his name over the last three seasons in Carolina, it’s easy to see why the Panthers love having Larsen for depth at center, but also the team did sign Matt Paradis this offseason to a three-year deal.
Since Carolina didn’t sign Paradis to just have him watch from the sidelines, Larsen seems like a worthy candidate in regards to players the Panthers would seem more willing to give up in a potential trade.
