James Morgan of Florida International

James Morgan has the most upside to his future professional career. He has better number than Stevens. Rams fans have seen his name mentioned before as a possible draft pick.

At Florida International, he completed 420 of 683 passes for 5312 yards with 40 touchdowns. His quarterback rating was 142.6. Charlie Campbell of walterfootball.com projects him to be a third day draft pick.

He writes the following:

"…Morgan should get drafted on Day 3 due to his pro skill set, but he is rising and has a buzz in the scouting community. Morgan has quality size, a good arm, and is adept at avoiding turnovers, throwing only 12 interceptions over the past two seasons."

Josh Grizzard of the Miami Dolphins will be the quarterbacks coach for the East squad. Morgan will get a taste of NFL style coaching. He will get a boost in confidence and how to prepare for games as a professional.

Morgan will have to add muscle to his long, lean frame. In 2019, he stood 6-feet-4 weighing 213 pounds. He will have to be able to absorb and take hits from big NL defensive linemen. Remember, staying healthy is the key to a long pro career.

Here is a look at the third quarterback on the East roster.
