LA Rams: 5 CB prospects to replace Jalen Ramsey in 2021
By Larry Brake
LA Rams could replace Jalen Ramsey with Paulson Adebo
Paulson Adebo is a cornerback that the Rams might have to move up in order to draft. He may not fall out of round one, and even there he is every bit worth the cost. The Rams should be prepared to part with either compensatory picks to make the deal to grab him. Adebo has the potential to be really good.

Adebo begins his senior season at Stanford University this fall. He is on the Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list and has made Athlon’s and Walter Camp’s preseason lists for all-PAC-12 and all-American teams.
Adebo stands 6-feet-1 weighing 192 pounds. In two college seasons, he has made 97 total tackles. He has intercepted 8 passes.
Tremendous ability
There is a nice write-up about his ability in walterfootball.com. Charlie Campbell writes the following:
"Adebo is a big corner who has cover skills and a tremendous ability to play the ball. He also has good instincts and good technique. Adebo shows the size to match up with big wideouts and the speed to carry verticals. He just has to get more disciplined and improve his ability to handle double moves."
The future seems very bright for Adebo in the NFL. Hopefully, he will be wearing the Rams royal and sol uniform on Sundays. Who knows, he may cause Rams fans to forget about Marcus Peters and Jalen Ramsey.
